The point is, prevention is much less costly than remediation...you do not want to have repetitive service calls for multiple minor issues after someone moves in, when they should have been addressed during the turnover.Also, a lot of people have poor imaginations, and find it difficult to envision their furniture in a space that is already furnished and cluttered.
