He either has very poor social skills or he just doesn't give a dime about people once they paid.If you have paid the "Apprentice" program you will be eventually invited to spend some time with Phil some weekends, and play poker, smoke cigars and stuff like that, if you are into that, and some "private" events of the kind.

This is the primary idea of a partnership - - party A has a skill but is deficit in some skill that party B has in spades - - they complement one another.Adding contractor to contractor doubles the capability, shortening the completion time, but leaves marketing, contracts, finding deals neglected.Adding money to money may make for a fun poker night, but not provide assistance to REI development, rental operations, or know how for flips.summary: JV and Partnerships share profits to obtain skills you don't have.

Just had a house down the street sold cash little over  265k asking price was 265k it was foreclosure needing  major updating ,really cleaned could  get 350k .The house only got a little above asking price 6-8  months back it would have been a mad poker game on bidding on it .

Also, maybe I am $1,000 off and instead of making 40k on the flip I would be making 38k by going slightly higher than his best offer..I am still doing the deal at that price..its seems like being the last guy in is the best scenario but it would be in my best interest to know what cards he is holding (sorry for the poker reference)
