What to do if seller already has offers

Hey guys, I have a probate lead where the seller said he already has offers from multiple investors. He would not give an indication on price from our initial conversation and said to bring highest and best. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to get him to spill the beans on what he has. He said he is not in a hurry to sign anything because he cannot close until mid march. I was thinking of asking him for a price that he would sign off on regardless of other offers but would like some suggestions on a way to flush it out of him. Im sure he has a number he would accept today. Thoughts/suggestions? Thx.

The other offers are irrelevant. What are you going to do if he says one of them is $10K over your MAO? Make the offer(s) you feel good about. Tell him it is good for a limited time and move on. If he doesn't accept, tell him to call you if the other deal falls through.
