Depending on what softwares you use they can usually pay for the background check themselves.

My knowledge is free, but I am most happy to charge for it, if someone is willing to pay!  

Also never pay any upfront fees and go with a trusted lender who closes through a title company. 

You want to make sure they are properly installed and you don't want tenants moving large appliances in and out of the house as it will cause damage. 

I had a nice conversation with them and approved their booking for Aug 2025.So, it pays to keep an eye out for a repeat booking that looks fake as they could just not be seeing you responses. 

I knew that was not true because I had paid $780 a couple months before on a property in the same area and also my realtor told me that her clients had been paying that lower rate.

SO expect to pay a premium based on what the potential value of the building can be once maximized and stabilized.
