Hey @Molly Jones, so this is something I wouldn't participate in personally. 30 year leases in the US (or 100 year leases etc) can be pretty dicey depending on where they are.

Account Closed  who has stated 350 of them.. so I would tend to listen to the guys that are doing it real time today... and when I say Mark has done 1000 of them that is acting as his capacity as a broker. and I know for a fact he would not and has not participated in self dealing he would lose his HUD contract and be in other hot water.. watch the movie 99 homes to see what happens when you screw with HUD. 

It's hard watching them burn both ends of the candle and knowing that they could've gone to "better" schools, but I wouldn't change it as I am so proud of who they are.In the end, they should inherit a lot more than I did. 

I have been approached my many who thought the straw buyer concept was great but of course I would not participate.. loan fraud like that is 5 years in federal prison and they will come after you years after the fact..
