Personally, I like the all-in-one units but they are expensive and poorly suited for larger units where it will take forever to get a load of laundry done (since you can't move the clothes from the washer to the dryer).

@Jesse Kerr I would hire a VA to reduce the work load.

(but investor and deal need to qualify)I don't like the term 100% financing since there is a lot of scam going on and that term is somehow pre-loaded. 

They load the card in a separate transaction online or at your kiosk.

Max,That's a loaded question...First will you be using financing or getting a construction loan.

Lake Nona is one of the fastest growing areas in the Orlando metro, but like Shawn said the infrastructure is already over loaded... but they keep building. 

The neighborhood was also too dense and the block was over capacity for multi family rental units.   

This mistake has cost me a boat load of money.

If you look up REI meetups in Meetup/EventBrite, you'll find loads of options. 

I buy a VTM (which is the machine they use to buy the cards and also load credits on the cards).
