I already politely declined attending but I agree with some statements above that it’s good business and we (tenants and I) are on a closer interaction platform (I’m usually in the neighborhood, quickly address any issues that come up which are minimal) and potentially in the future they will rent longer or purchase a home from me.

The mentor has the edge where practical knowledge is concerned, but the mastermind has the edge where group interaction and new ideas are concerned.

(Note: the top floor is a completely separate apartment, so we only have to interact as much as we want.

They interact with contractors on a very frequent basis and my experience has always been positive when getting contractor referrals from local decorators.
