If you served them today to be out the end of November and then they didn't move and you are in court in December, they will ask for more time anyway (which the court would be inclined to give them some) and it will be January of February anyway.

A good strong offer and the ability to close is what it takes.[2] And with Pics some people might be more inclined to sell to black family (or some other race) (to "feel" like they are giving them a hand up--illegal too)///look at all of the volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and such--they never come out and swing a hammer for free for me.

Katy, Houston, Pearland being some of the better areas for schools of all levels.If you don’t have kids and aren’t planning to (or at least any time soon), you might be inclined to ignore schools.

Plus, if it looks like you are making an effort to keep them, they may be more inclined to stay on the property, which if they are indeed good, long-term renters is a major benefit to you.
