Potential Investment in Batesburg, SC.. Any info? Calling all REA
Hey there, my wife and I have found a potential investment property in Batesburg, SC. We are looking primarily for a real estate agent who is familiar with the market in that/surrounding areas. What's the major source of income in that area? Is the population on a decline or incline? Is that market sustaining rental income? We've looked into city-data and its just not displaying the answers to the questions we want to ask. Curious to see if the property we are looking at can be looked at for us. We want to invest out of state and are trying to get a feel on how to grow some crops in this areas backyard. If you know this market, what are some red flags? Is it worth it?
