The house has new windows, 1 year old roof, and the first floor unit was redone with laminate flooring in the kitchen and has the original hardwood floors (good condition) in the 2 bedrooms and living room.

If you are doing laminate floor or hard wood it should be itemized with the cost and type of material.

Updated the kitchen and bathrooms, pulled out old carpet and replaced with engineered hardwoods (upstairs and basement), repainted the entire interior of the house, new lighting throughout most of the house.
