I have several rentals in Rock Hill.   

I show the profit margins in equity, and the potential profit of the arv when said and done, and give rock solid examples of how I know it will sell.

We even got a bonus surprise when we pulled the carpet and discovered some awesome 60's, rock print, green vinyl underneath.

But is there any other solution to update them short of pulling them off the wall and rocking everything?

The neighborhood is near the Fern Rock (Broad Street Line) train which is a plus people say.

If you get a company to do a straight demolishing it can cost more money.If there were cats and mold with constant leaks probably have to strip all sheet rock out and a get clean cert from a mold company.
