I have seen many people in the Real Estate business post racist, homophobic, sexist, crude, embarrassing stuff with little to no thought.

Im a 39 year old married man,father of three beautiful daughters,a truck driver that is embarrassingly JUST starting to educate myself on financial literacy and build generational wealth.

Most of these are fairly small things that don't hurt every now and then, but I've seen people (including myself) fritter away embarrassing sums of money on some of this stuff.

I bought a land at Tax Sale Auction thinking I was buying a house for 18.5k, really soon after the Auction I was embarrass for my poor Due diligence, took me a while to overcome the feeling.Year and half later I took the decision to sell, and finally a buyer 11 months after law ball me and I accepted 18k, just to take my inicial investment, but this time title company told me Is a Labor Lien for 14.5k dated from 1985 (the land used to be City’s property).According to my math, if I decide to go through I’ll be loosing all my money, because I paid back taxes and current. 

I am embarrassed to admit it, Richest Man in Babylon was the second book I have finished in my adult life.

Some of your stories are unfortunate and bad, but none of them ABC13 horroresque.Mine is too embarrassing to talk about in public. 

It is embarrassing having to explain your felonies to multiple landlords.

I don't know who should be more embarrassed him for being so shameless in his promotion with no real content or me for actually participating.I was excited to go to the weekend seminar that I already paid for until I just sat through all this.
