@Terrence ConleyI have not tried but I plan on using cozy for rent collection, For rents in your area I would reccomend, going on Craigslist and typing in your area with same number of bed/bath and within a 1 mile zip code.

If you cannot confine printing to one block -- draw the area on a legal pad, identifying all streets, alleys and property parcels with structures, size and shape of structures and vacant lots.

Since they are paying for it I gave applicants the option of using smartmove for the credit and background check as cozy's check is more expensive but some still did it through cozy because it was seamless when filling out the application.
