But I don't see why @Bobby Holley should settle for just $5k on the deal merely because he was clever enough to have minimal dollars into it.If I had $25k lying around only earning bank Interest Rates (or even if I could borrow it at conventional Interest Rate), I might be persuaded to lend it to a friend that I trusted for $5k interest over $3 months!

When we have holes in our schedule we sometimes use Airbnb to fill them, but frankly this is not our favorite way to keep our units full as a good 35% of time our units experience damage to the units or their furnishing..Usually to the linens or else they smoke (lots of weed for some reason?!)..

But I’m thinking of playing the clever game: multiple exit strategies - push my luck listing it at $135k at the same time as advertising rental for $1200.
