I've been on this board since 2010 and haven't found an example yet.

I joined in 2014 and am now on the board and offer help to many newer investors.

I'm pretty sure @jscott is on their board.  

Then when they finally had my meeting there were not enough board members to have a quorom so they cancelled it.  

Not every lender can have the best program across the board.

Since I got onto the REI boards, and actually went the SFR REI route I learned that there's more charlatans, more under-capitalized folks and more delusional folks than in any area I have invested in.

I'm sure this is taking quite the emotional toll on you, in addition to taking away precious time from your day where you aren't able to source additional deals.I would also go after the lawyer and report this conduct to the board of ethics. 

My banker explained that they went to the board and they had turned down the loan.
