Again, stemming from what seems to be an inability to afford the housing payment, it will be easier for the borrower to reach you and put pressure on you than it will be to put any pressure on an institutional mortgagee to allow deferred payments or something similar.

I'd like to hear Bill's views as to the inner-office interpretations as to financing contracts, now that he wears a civilian's hat it would be great to have him contribute a bit on BP, hope you could put a bug in his hear on joining or commenting.My interpretation of financing agreements stems from FDIC and from that of our FBI field office as they have oversight in some cases.

The main reason for the "break" for married couples usually stems from the excessive fees charged for" checking", and are offered to off-set the "turn-off" of such fees.
