Well it seems that they were having trouble moving the furniture up stairs.

He moved in early May on new orders that took him to Florida but she is still in the house with the kids and all their furniture, etc. 

Some things they consider acceptable....moving in grown children and their live in partners, pets without landlord permission,  modifications to unit without permission, bringing in curbside cast off furniture containing bed bugs etc.........Finding regular tenants that pay on time will be far less work and stress than S8.Additionally inspections can be a major pain.

From my experience: when I purchase in bulk I always want a deep discount, however if I’m buying one item I understand that the margins are not high enough for a deep discount.

If you put craigslist furniture in you’re VR you’re going to get crappy guests.

The ideal table saw setup is a large open area with a big table and space for infeed and outfeed rollers.Now, if you're building cabinets, furniture or doing fancy(ish) woodworking projects, a table saw is a good tool. 

Furnish it with Ikea quality furniture, add a desk and WiFi and you are a"business friendly" listing.
