I Started rehabbing in 2000 with almost no help from the internet even though I had been online since 1993 (just my mentioning of Compuserve and American Online authenticates my historical context :) ) - Thought REI was about rehabbing as I was taking my earnings from computer networking (a final frontier before REI imo) and plunging it into rehabs but couldn't seem to financially justify living off of it until I found CRE in 2002-2003.

As we all know, BP is fricken awesome and authentic in their education. 

But, I'm glad vinyl siding is not used, as I do love to see the authenticity and beauty of vintage home brought back to life.

As far as the mentor goes, I knew I didn't want to pay anyone to mentor me because I wanted a more authentic relationship with someone.  

I assume the deed is witnessed and notarized so I would ask the title company if affidavits were obtained from one or more of them averring to the deeds authenticity would that suffice.

Does it make it enforceable: NO.Unless you use some authentication in the chain of signature where it can be traced to a certificate that has been verified as owned by the person in question, these websites are useless. 

Can anyone lead me in the direction to unveil this mans authenticity or inform me if this is reasonable deal?

While they may be evidence of a lien release, its possible they may dispute them later, also most county offices require a document to be notarized to be filed in their land records, and finally if you go to court a notarized document is self authenticating, meaning you do not need foundation witnesses to establish its authenticity.
