Try and have some constructive input or go find another tree to bark up at.

I want to look into it further and see if there's one that has a barking dog sound.

Dog is barking, someone is yelling at the dog, but they refuse to answer the door.When a lease expires but the tenant refuses to leave or takes longer to move out than expected, they are considered a "Holdover" tenant.

BTW I think the tree is a Tulip Poplar, but the bark looks nothing like the pics I found.Also my tenant worries about things.

I've been barked at, the door slammed in my face, cursed at on the phone. 

A service dog will NOT bark at you, run to you, react to other pets, or even really acknowledge you.

However, after a few issues with not having the dog on a leash, dog waste not being cleaned up, and the tenant against my permission putting up an outdoor dogrun and leaving the dog out barking at night (tenant complaint), I revoked the Pet Addendum.

Its great to check up with others and see if you're instincts are solid or if you're barking up the wrong tree. 

Walking noise is rarely an issue with tenants from my experience - but loud music, television, screaming, arguments, dropping large objects, barking are the ones that tend to annoy tenants and landlords alike.
