I ONLY have my personal residence in San Diego at the moment.We have evicted all tenants in NE Ohio, Lake County, Ohio and Akron, Ohio that were playing games etc.. the judges were tired of their nonsense and not even attempting to follow the CDC 5 guidelines, just hiding out and living large (for free) on me and my investors (family and friend’s) dime.  

Yes tenant laws are tough in NE states but if you have a strong team they’ll take care of it for you.
