If you cross reference that with the list of neighborhoods qualifying for the tax abatement, you'll have a good start on areas to dig deeper into (depending again on goals and budget; IMO this would be most effective if you're looking to BRRRR or otherwise force equity in neighborhoods that also likely have higher odds for future appreciation than some others).

If there is a big one and you sustain damage, the odds are high that you will be waiting a long time to get your place fixed up.

If you succeed executing on your 100 door objective I can tell you right now, you are going to be buying some low barrier of entry real estate and the odds will be against you for the equity shown on paper to ever translate to an actual gain.
