I currently reside in Tampa, FL and am in the final stages of closing on my first vacation rental property in Western, NC but now want to focus my sights on a condo in the Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Indian Shores etc. area. 

I'm originally from Indian Rocks beach/Seminole/Largo area and have watched it grow.  

Despite these racist policies, Asian and Indian Asians earn more than any ethnic group in the US. 

I would avoid the Indian reservations because they occasionally put restrictions on fishing and that really affects the rentals on Mille Lacs and Red Lake especially.

Could have been 170+ night is could have back to 2 weeks drying and wall repair.Now looking for a 2nd unit in Indian point and other Branson area.

Asians and Indians. the older Caucasians ( like my parents) who bought their homes for 20 to 30k in the 60's were getting offers of 350 to 500k in the late 80's and you had many sell out and move to the CA. foothills  ( Oregon became a favorite destination) as Account Closed alluded to...

Let me know if anyone wants to visit Wyoming, maybe go see the Buffalo BIll Cody Museum, head to Yellowstone Park a few days, maybe lounge in some hot pools, look at Indian petroglyphs, go hiking, float the river or fish it, etc.

Too many chiefs and no Indians would not be good here, both for this flip and the flips to come.I would not do the cleaning and the oil-based priming myself if I were in your shoes.
