Hi Trey! I see that you posted this 11 months ago- curious if you got a nightly rental? I have been researching the Branson market for nightly rentals and find the good ones are getting 180+ nights per year booked, and I would run my numbers conservatively with 160 nights rented. I have done a LOT of research into Stone and Taney county. If you need assistance feel free to call or message me anytime.
