If you are doing carpet or vinyl tile don't hesitate to get a quote for ceramic or laminate flooring for those areas instead the difference may not push you past your budget number.The homes listed all appeared to be neatly landscaped , and surprisingly no snow on the ground, so I would make sure that your place is as neat and well maintained looking when you list it.

Some other people I know have a one bedroom slopeside in breckenridge that they can't get into if there is snow on the ground.I'm sure the property management & placement company has a fair bit to do with it as well.In my book, you probably won't make money on it.
