$60,000 town home
$60,000 purchase price with owner financing. 10% down payment with 6% interest and 5 year balloon.
3 bed 2.5 townhouse is turnkey and will fetch $800/month rent. Good location and surrounded by bigger, newer, town homes.
Taxes are about $1400 annually.
Is this a good deal or should I move onto something better? I like the deal because I can get into an investment will little down and the numbers are working in my calculations.
