Hi All,

My name is Paul and I'm located in Brooklyn, NY.

I interested in owning rental properties in Dekalb County, Georgia. I want to establish a team in GA to assist with maintenance (electrician, plumber, contractor/fix it person etc.). Also, I want to learn about short sales and the foreclosure process. And ideally, finding out information about the income distribution of the county and other areas.
