MENARDS AND HOME DEPOT ARE NOT CONTRACTOR SUPPLY YARDS, THEY MAY USE THEM BUT EVER REAL PRO CONTRACTOR USES CONTRACTOR ONLY SUPPLY YARDS AND CONNECTIONS, EVEN MANUFACTURER DIRECT SUPPLY IF THERE GOOD ENOUGH.

I do not like the asbestos shingles or siding, but if the deal is good enough....Inside, most families look at 3/2 as a minimum, perhaps a house has a 3/1 with ability to add a 2nd bath.
