Hello my name is Matt Smith, I am 24 and about to graduate with a degree in accounting. My wife and I have lived in our condo for 1 year and I want to learn more about renting and investing in real estate.

And to begin learning I will go back and read the suggested reading material found in previous posts. So thank you for the website!
