I use OwnerRez as my PMS and their Wordpress plugin provides the booking functionality on my website. 

He was mentally not as sharp as he once had been (but fortunately was still functioning well mentally, his issue was almost all physical which may be even more frustrating).

If you just want to calculate a mortgage payment that’s a free function of 10’s of not 100’s of free apps for your phone/tablet.

I appreciate that people out in the rest of the country may value the clean functionality of this kitchen but from my experience in the NYC/NJ market this kitchen is a few decades over the edge.  

And that's fine, too.There is an apartment operator that has multiple real estate cycles of experience (decades) with no money lost, low 65% less LTV, and high 10%+ skin in the game.They market under 506B so are prohibited from posting publicly on the Internet and instead function by referrals.

At the same time it's currently functioning with no sign of substantial compromise to the cast iron pipe beside the age.  

If you are finding that people are complaining about the functionality of it, then look into upgrading it.
