At the end of the year, I print out the schedule-e helper and it provides me a single page picture of everything I need for taxes. 

The person needed work and place to stay and I was looking for part time helper to handle my service call and cut the lawn.

For local applicants if the investor doesn't have time or isn't comfy doing it, hire a helper and give him a $20 bill and 6-pack of his favorite beer.To be clear: I only do this final step once everything else on paper checks out.  75% of the time I DQ the application before it gets there.To me, it's basic due diligence for Class C. 

I was my dad's helper when building a deck for a pool or working on cars, so I have seen lots of before and after.

I think that the rule was probably meant to apply to animals such as seeing eye dogs, helper dogs, etc.The doctor could say that a pet MAY be helpful for someone with depression, but it could not be a major part of the treatment.Whether other tenants have pets should be irrelevant, as this is the policy for the newly renovated unit.

Now his butt is on fire LOL.Even more red flags.Let me guess, he wants to be paid in cash or if by check the check is made out to his name not a business, so he has no business entity, no insurance, no workers comp waiver for himself and certainly none for anyone if he brings a helper on your property.Hope none of this ever comes back to bite you, like he falls off his ladder painting your house, breaks his back, becomes permanently disabled, somebody gets in his ear about how he can get his doctors fees and and a fat cash settlement paid since you're responsible for it, and that's just the beginning of the issues that could come up.

You are smart to ask and be guarded about a helpers motives.   

But perfect for a situation like yours.A helper who can help you with the heavy pieces would be a big help toward making this go faster.
