Mobile home lease eviction,

Hire a handyman that I know over the years that did labor work for my construction company. I have a management company and just purchase a mobile park. The person needed work and place to stay and I was looking for part time helper to handle my service call and cut the lawn. I verbally agree to exchange his service for staying in one of my mobile home rent free. No lease was signed and now I just fire him and sending off a termination letter along with notifying him that he must vacate the home within 15 days from his firing date. This would be his 4 month.

question- do I need to follow pennsylvania eviction notice to evict him?
