The end goal is to hire enough employees so all the daily tasks are being taken care of, leaving you more time for other projects/investments.

Everyone has random tasks that they don't want to do wether they realize it or not.

That looks something like this:Week 1Monday - Brokers, reach out to 1-2 brokers and set up appointmentsTuesday - Database, populate and refine property and owner databaseWednesday - Internet, search internet for new property listingsThursday - Marketing, create or refine my marketingFriday - Education, read, watch, practice evaluations, etc.Weekend - Visit propertiesWeek 2Monday - Lenders, reach out to 1-2 lenders and set up appointmentsTuesday - Database, work on mail mergeWednesday - Internet, search internet sites for new property listingsThursday - Marketing, create or refine my marketingFriday - Education, read, watch, practice evaluationsWeekend - MailersI try to send out mailers at least once a quarter, it's all I can handle at the moment. 

We spent another two hours researching them on the internet.

I imagine the area research would be some type of internet information but I also imagine the research on the turnkey companies will not be so straight forward.

Just doing a  quick internet search it doesn't appear vacation rental property management companies are abundant. 

Single family home can be done but with no subject offers above asking in Vancouver its a hard task.

Unless you find additional damage you'd basically be tasking a PA with trying to convince the insurance company that 4 missing shingles "destroyed your house"...GL
