But this is me in a strong Phoenix rental market and I have Class B/B+ properties.Also, in AZ, if there is no written lease then the Arizona Landlord Tenant Act would generally be used for definition of rights and laws for the landlord & tenant.

My property is located at 48xx Burnham Ave, Toledo OH 43612.I've been told (by the seller) that this is a lower B class area with strong blue-collar working class families.I have never been in Toledo so I am not sure what area it is located.
