Newbie from Plainsboro, NJ
Hi all,
I am a newbie in the real estate market, currently renting in Plainsboro, NJ and looking to move into a bigger place to accommodate my growing family. I know it's possible to invest with other people's money but I am working hard to build up my savings so I can buy my first property on my own.
I am trying to find some good rental areas outside Plainsboro as this area is much too expensive and I haven't seen any foreclosures that would be affordable either.
My interest is in Multi-family and I would like to get some good local knowledge in areas like Reading, PA, and Hummelstown, PA. If there are areas closer to home that would be good to keep an eye on, I would really like to know also.
Looking forward to growing with you all on this journey.
