@Angel Dejesus you can have a home equity line of credit (HELOC) on your home or you can also have a line of credit against a rental property.

Just my POV I saw you posted in a forum about Rosarito, specifically the short term rental property market down there.

@Kylie GersteinAssisted living is a huge cash cow from what I understand - meaning I would think that market segment would be very interested in your property - especially as a rental.
