It's online only.

Not sure of the best place to post this so here it goes.I've talked with an online bookkeeper that I like quite well.

How far is the family willing to go to a grocery store, sure there are convenience stores but for a weekly trip?

Not being smart enough to realize there's toilet paper at every gas station not to mention the 24 hour Walmart and the 5 grocery stores right down the street.

I have tried using the public records online but it doesn't seem that they list either of those addresses.

When my condo tenant complained about tenants next store playing loud music into the night, my sister, who manages the place for me had to call the condo PM, who contacted the HOA, who contacted the condo owner next door.

Any tips on where to even find the materials at this point? 

They are providing owner's title insurance on a piece of adjudicated property I am purchasing TODAY through an online auction.

As a possible solution, I located an online form submission site that allows me to create a custom form, to which I can provide a link in my advertisement.
