To begin with I want to say that I am so incredibly new to REI, but I am very excited and eager to learn and become a legit REI. 

There are legit asset tracking companies out there, but AC Trax/Emerging Innovations Corp/Banko/Etc is not one of them.  

I play nickle slots at a casino, so I am after the sure bet!

The largest hotel/casino closed in mid const, never a good sign!!

People are just irrational; that's why the casinos are booming here.Anyway, I don't know if that's statistically significant enough to point to a reduced demand for Moore housing around this time of year or not.

👌  @Justin Cabral I highly recommend going to jakeandgino.com for Multifamily investing I've learned so much in such a short time...seriously... reading the blogs, listening to the podcasts, they also have a book and several Udemy.com courses that are to the point and detailed or coaching options...no B.S. garbage like a lot of those crappy scumbag "guru" courses  that are out there...these guys are legit and really do want to help people.

Do not give anyone your SS or DOB unless you verify they are legit.

They need to research you and see that you are legit.

I asked for additional details to see if it was legit or not. 

A legit lender will never not ask about the property in question.
