Could I hear your opinions/knowledge on Community Land Trust properties?

I do not own any property as of right now but am looking into pursuing to purchase a multi unit complex 2-4 in the near future once I am knowledgeable in the field.

There are many good providers on here of plans that are happy to share their knowledge with you and see if they might be a good fit for you, such as @Dmitriy Fomichenko, @Brian Eastman, @Justin Windham, and many others (look at their 'tag lines' as they are not supposed to 'solicit' directly).

But, chances are, you'd never see a dime.Use BP to gather knowledge and set yourself up for success later. 

Its a great place to continue to build your knowledge base as well as build the team of professionals you'll need to reach your REI goals.I'd advise you to set up keyword alerts (click the little bell at the top right corner next to your profile picture) so that you're aware anytime a forum post mentions a topic/area of interest.Also... attend local events and meet your dream team in person!

To my knowledge, public schools in that county are poor so the property may be very slow to appreciate.It's a perfect area logistically, right in between Fort Lauderdale Airport and just a little North of Miami to keep costs down.

Gaining some insight from a Memphian with knowledge of the industry and to hear about your personal experiences in residential real estate would be incredibly helpful for my research paper.

I would suggest building your RE team and getting some really good agents who are hungry and knowledgeable to help you.

Anyone out there with local knowledge that I can talk to about this?
