The 1 hr requirement for STR by the way, is to ensure that when you have an issues (parking, pets, noise, parties - and you will) it can be dealt with asap.

Truth be told not exactly the best (typically late, noise complaints from my other units, parks in grass, etc) I've just found out that she had someone move in who is not on the lease, and also has a pet who claims to be a service dog with legitimate papers. 

If you can't manage that long then it may be time to think about hitting that corporate grind for another year or two until your credit has cleared up and you can make the "jump" in a more controlled fashion.

Why not experience a different kind of holiday and a different area of bulgaria, away from the noise, over development and over crowded places like sunny beach, golden sands or bansko.

You've got to stick to the grind when you're 3-4 months into your marketing campaign and still haven't done a deal yet.

If you hear a noise you do not go to the noise.

That weeds out a lot of the noise

If I then find out they weren't even aware of the noise, I know I have a nosy neighbor not a noisy tenant.

Aaron, most of this as you know is all noise and nonsense - glad you have a good sense of humor, but this is a great share for anyone who wants to keep their eyes up and on their goals and dreams.
