I don't think you should get into investing locally when you know you are going back to Canada for good after that.

What do you guys see out there, and is MF a good choice in this market?

So I guess my first question would be for anyone investing in Texas, where are the good markets?  

She was pretty good at communicating at the beginning (we began talking with her around the time we started talking with Michael), but she was not good about responding to emails and we pretty much had to call her to get a response.
