I am assuming you have a degree to qualify for so large a mortgage.

Played a round of golf in 70 degree weather, went for a short run and workout at the gym.

There's a masters degree of real estate info out there at your fingertips.  

Got a useless liberal arts degree.

In addition, I've had my sales associate license for about a year now and have been in real estate jobs (commercial appraiser and apartment developer) for the past six years after graduating from UCF with a degree in real estate.

Turning 24 in MayOption 1: Go to university and leave there at the age of 28 with a bachelor's degree in commerce or marketing and no money (pay for school and what not, plus I can't work a lot at the same time).Option 2: Finish my technical program in May in business and advertising.

I do still have a FT job and am working on my master's degree.

After earning my Master's degree in University Administration, and working and teaching in community colleges- I'm looking forward to pursuing a lifelong dream of working in home renovation and design.

The most significant issue noted is a requirement that "...heating facilities capable of maintaining a room temperature of 70 degrees..." be provided.  

I can have more oversight and control over a local opportunity hence the higher degree of flexibility.
