Real estate or University: At a crossroads
Hey,
I need some honest advice. I have two options to choose from before march. Turning 24 in May
Option 1: Go to university and leave there at the age of 28 with a bachelor's degree in commerce or marketing and no money (pay for school and what not, plus I can't work a lot at the same time).
Option 2: Finish my technical program in May in business and advertising. Find a job and start working in June. Purchase my first revenue property with in a year. Already have the down payment.
I cannot do both at the same time. If I would, I wouldn't be able to get a mortgage for the property.
Thank you.
