I studied Chemistry at Oregon State University, then moved to L.A. to become an actor.

Hello Everyone,I am a 24-year-old Canadian that just got out of University.

Our daughter graduated from the University of  Arkansas about a year ago as a chemical engineer. 

It’s an apartment 1/1 by North Miami area, close to Barry University,  it’s needs a full renovation, it’s pretty much an empty space.  

But we do have one thing going for us, Southern Arkansas University. 

Jobs are expected to grow in the Ada county above 15% from 2017 to 2030 (source: The McKinsey Global Institute).

I'm using that to rapidly increase my knowledge of the industry, and I just came across a graduate degree offered by New York University; an M.S. in Real Estate Development.The question I want to pose is this: would this roughly two-year program be a waste of time for someone trying to increase their knowledge?

However I also loved the game of baseball and after playing 4 years of division 1 baseball at Xavier University, I was fortunate enough to have been drafted by the Minnesota Twins and played a little bit or professional baseball.

Initially the 3 of them just sent me an global number for the project, which ranges for 80k - 225-  I asked the detailed scope of work and the sent me a word document with the list of jobs required, but again no breakdown of costs, just the total number.  

I chose to study for my Brokers license first since it’s much faster to get experience under my belt, then I plan to enroll in a traditional university to earn a degree in Urban planning.
