Urban Policy and Planning degree VS Real Estate degree ?
I am curious to know an understand a little better which degree would help me in the long term understand the profession better and have a better advantage long term. I can always minor in either one or major in either but which advantages would I have between the two ? If anyone out there has experience or a degree in either one, I really am trying to understand how things could potentially play out . My goal is to learn the city well by participating in it for a couple of years, and perhaps later on focusing on private deals / venturing out on my own .
Thanks .
