The rice of purchase, refinancing, house description.

I don't know if "high end" is the right description so I'll tell you some of the features I'm considering and maybe you can tell me if it's high end or mid range?

I assume, based on the written description, that the structural repair will be about $20,000.

It sounds like form your description that the rate of this entire town hinges on this factory. 

I'm sure with your experience and geographic diversity, you'll be able to help out a lot of different people. 

They can sort geographically, by price, and it's a much fresher experience.
