Unless it's a period detail that is popular and worth saving, you can't ignore stuff like that in your budget.I've had to make corrections to my rehab plan and budget (which originally included the demo of the tiles), due to some serious unforeseen plumbing issues that became apparent after the REO was de-winterized.

I also use them to set up DE corps as well for further protection but that's something you would want to get more advice from an Attorney to learn more about.Good Luck!

@Dan Graney for the appliances under $500, you will want to look at electing the De Minimis Safe Harbor which allows you to expense personal property items and components of tangible property under $500.
