I am an ambitious  young woman 32 who is looking to invest in a first time home purchase.

They can be really cute.  

I definitely wouldn't write off the area, it's a close in location with some cute homes.

I didn't intend to be a landlord, thinking I could never afford to own two homes at the same time as a single woman, but when I couldn't sell my house and the house I wanted was up for sale, I asked my banker if it was possible.  

The lender screwed a few things up and no one communicated with me about delays or issues except for one stellar woman at the lawyer's office.

It makes me sad when I hear stories on TV where the woman could have had a chance.Without our bodies people can't sustain life yet many do not know how to protect themselves.

If most of your friends are posting on Facebook about finally buying a house, and you're buying 10 or more houses instead ... you might be a real estate investor.If your friends pull out their wallet and show you pictures of their kids, and you pull up your tablet and show off your lead generation website ... you might be a real estate investor.If your friends tell stories about how their kids did something cute and you start breaking into your "stupid tenant stories" ... you might be a real estate investor.If your tenant is telling you some crazy story about how they can't pay rent this month, and instead of getting mad, you think, "oh man, this has got to go on Bigger Pockets" ... you might be a real estate investor.

It's not just about having a cute luxury property, but ensuring it's ready to meet these clients' needs ..
