I'll just have to continue to double down when I get home.

They wouldn't be able to sell and then move to a new place at that price, basically.Looks like the best play would advise them to hang on to the home until they have more equity.

Otherwise, I will continue to network on BP.As a quick background of my wife and I -- My wife is an orthopedic nurse practitioner and I am an land manager for an oil & gas company, each with 10 years of experience.  

I signed up and got the ball rolling.Come to find out this insurance agency cancelled the landlord policy because I did not bundle car insurance with them and my credit history came into play.  

It will be interesting to see how things play out for the next 5 years.  

Curious to learn about other investors that see the US as a playing ground for real estate. 

Austin Peck we use our pro forma in excel to play around with numbers that both make sense for us and the seller.

I've been considering going this route and doubt myself every now and then while continuing to research (and I'm just a young single guy!).
