Hi investors, A good friend introduced me to Bigger Pockets because I just bought my first two-family house this past July.

After my retirement I worked with a group of old friends I meet back at the bank to form a small investment group.

I listened to about 15 podcasts here on the recommendation of a friend so I thought it would be the right thing to do to participate rather than just stand outside...thanks for all the useful content.

Therefore I'm looking for an investor friendly agent in Eau Claire I can contact and get set up with live MLS updates to start learning the market and eventually purchase a property.Thanks in advance!

Does anyone have a recommendation for an investor-friendly buyer's agent? 

@Evan Thomas, realistically, I could probably get away with doing what you describe, but these are my friends who I'm living with, so many of the operating expenses are shared, which is great.

I've just joined Bigger Pockets, after being introduced by a friend.  

Can anyone recommend an investor friendly Title Company in the area?

Also, Some friendly states/judges will not allow you to raise rents too exorbitantly.
