Hello all, 

I ended up here from Mr Money Mustache (because of course I did). I bought a house this past May, and haven't had to put any money into the mortgage because of the room mates I have with me -they're paying under the market rate for this living situation, which covers the mortgage and another principle payment every month. 

I had considered multifamily investing before, but having a house that I'm essentially paying nothing but upkeep for has me more interested than ever.

Nice house hacking! I do wish I would've understood that concept when I was younger and before I was married with kids. (I don't imagine roommates would be my wife's idea of a good investment).  Keep going!
